Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC)

STEP ONE:  Phone Western ESL Service Office, 604.876.5756 to book a FREE LINC English Assessment in Vancouver, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 3:45 pm.

STEP  TWO:  Bring your Canadian Permanent Resident card or your landing paper AND your foreign passport to the Western ESL Office:

Note:  After your LINC English assessment, you will be mailed your LINC assessment results.

STEP THREE:  Bring your LINC assessment and Canadian Permanent Resident Card or landing papers and your foreign passport to:
