For adults interested in taking our adult secondary English courses and do not have Grade 10 English from Canada, an English Test will be required.

This test covers grammar, reading, listening and writing.  Students have two hours to complete on a computer at the Adult Education Centre in Richmond.  

The test fee is $45 (non-refundable).

Test results will be emailed to students within 3 business days.  Test results are for class placement only and are not transferable to other school districts.

English Test dates for the month of July will be available for registration on June 15, 2026.
