兒童及青少年課程

Our program and courses are designed for all youth & children from 5 - 18 years old to help students strengthen their skills in schoolwork and develop other interests important for their success.

兒童及青少年課程是一系列興趣及提升技能的培訓, 為學生提供一個學習平台而迎向其學習成功的目標。

Important Notice:

1. **Please be considered to choose your choice of time and course level to register. Otherwise, all withdrawal/transfer will be charged the administration fee. (Need to make change or transfer to the other course schedules, please inform our staff members at 604.668.6532, do not re-register the same class and other schedules).
家長若不確定學生要報讀哪個級別的課程 ,請致電或電郵校方,否則造成行政及轉帳上的不便。並請細閱網上各課程的簡介,上課時間,日期及地點才去報名。避免報錯課程,而需要繳付 $15 轉班費用。

2. Please read carefully the registration instruction and refund/withdrawal policy before enrolling, if you need to apply for a refund after enrolment. You will be charged 15% of the tuition fee, or if you want to change the class time or teacher, you will be charged $15 fee.

請在註冊前,仔細閱讀有關註冊及退費和退學説明,如果您在註冊後需要申請退學/退費,將被收取學費的 15%,或者如果需要更改上課時間或任教老師,將被收取 15元的費用。

3. After completing the online registration, please login your student’s account to find the course dates, location, and classroom number, plus withdrawal policy.

NOTE:  Currently, we are offering courses that are taught in-person, online and hybrid instruction. You can choose the teaching mode to meet your students' need.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (重要須知)

Leave of Absence (Missed classes/Exams/Tests): 缺課 (請假)須知:

1. If you are unable to attend class for any reason, please notify the instructor as far in advance as possible or email sleung@sd38.bc.ca or the instructor.

2. Absences cannot be scheduled for make-up tests or classes, nor can they be changed to another mode of instruction.

3. Parents who need to request materials for the day's missed class should pick them up during office hours on the day the student attends class.) Thank you for your cooperation.

註冊:歡迎並鼓勵採用網上報名服務,若有疑問或須校方協助請致電查詢 604.668.6532

退學/退費申請: 請查閱網址或向有關職員查詢或電郵至 rce@sd38.bc.ca or email sleung@sd38.bc.ca

5. All refund/cancellation requests for most courses must be received BEFORE the second class session of the course
start date(within 4 days of the course start date) and also subject to a handling charge of 15% of course fees. (Refund or transfer request NOT accepted on site during second class session.)
所有退費/退學申請必須於課程第二節課前申請,(開課第一節課後的四天內申請),否則不能辦理,並扣除學費之百分之十五。學費不足一百元,須扣除$10。(不接受當天在校第二節課上的退學/退費申請)中途插班報名者,如報名後, 不接受申請退費。

6. No tuition deductions/reimbursements or refunds for any absences.
學生因事或因病而請假者又或遲報名者,學費沒有扣減或補課等安排。

7. A handling fee of $15 will be charged for any transfer requests for rescheduling to another class.
任何申請變更其他上課時間及任教教師,需付$15 元 。

8. Late registration: Students who do not register prior to the first day of the classes will be assessed a late registration fee of $10.
若學生於開課當天或開課後報名將收取十元行政費。

9. There is no mailing delivery service for students that are not available to collect the course material at our school. 學生家長若沒能前往辦公室領取教本,教材等上課資料。校方並不提供郵寄服務等安排。

10. If you are unable to attend school for any reasons, please inform the teacher in advance whenever possible or email sleung@sd38.bc.ca  

11. If a student misses a test/exam/lesson, the school will not make arrangements to make up the missed class. Any course materials or homework needed should be picked up at the school during office hours. 

 如需請假,請儘早告知校方或教師,又或電郵 sleung@sd38.bc.ca. (若有缺考,缺課者,校方沒能安排補考或補課。若家長要索取是日上課所缺的補充教材及作業家課等,請於該生上課日於辦公時間內領取。)多謝合作。
