Our program and courses are designed for all youth & children from 5 - 18 years old to help students strengthen their skills in schoolwork and develop other interests important for their success.

If your child would like to enroll in a class but is unable to due to age restrictions, please call us at 604.668.6532 for assistance. Please do not enroll in any unrelated classes. A fee will be charged for any changes/withdrawals/cancellations.

Important Notice:
1. **Please be considered to choose your choice of time and course level to register. Otherwise, all withdrawal/transfer will be charged the administration fee. (Need to make change or transfer to the other course schedules, please inform our staff members at 604.668.6532, do not re-register the same class and other schedules).
家長若不確定學生要報讀哪個級別的課程 ,請致電或電郵校方,否則造成行政及轉帳上的不便。並請細閱網上各課程的簡介,上課時間,日期及地點才去報名。避免報錯課程,而需要繳付 $20 轉班費用。
2. Please read carefully the registration instruction and refund/withdrawal policy before enrolling, if you need to apply for a refund after enrolment. It will be charged 15% of the tuition fee, or if you want to change the class time or teacher, a handling fee of $20 will be charged for any transfers.

3. After completing the online registration, please login your student’s account to find the course dates, location, and classroom number, plus withdrawal policy.

5. Withdrawal/Cancellation/Refund Policy:
a. All requests for refunds or withdrawals must be made in writing before the second-class date and within three days of the course start date. Withdrawals are subject to a 15% processing fee on the course fee. (Email: sleung@sd38.bc.ca)
b. No refund after the second session. (Refund or transfer request will NOT be accepted on site before or during the second-class session.) Additionally, refunds will not be provided for individuals who enroll after the course has already started.
c. No tuition deduction/reimbursement or refund for any absence, misbehavior or late registration.
d. Students who request a withdrawal will be charged for any received booklets: $20 for the Read/Write class and $40 for the Conversational class.
e. No requests for transfer after the 2nd session. A handling fee of $20 will be charged for any transfer requests, for rescheduling to another class or other instructors.
- 所有退費/退學申請,最晚於開課後的第一節課,並需三天內提出,否則不能辦理,同時將扣除學費的百分之十五。請書面電郵您的退費/退學申請至 sleung@sd38.bc.ca。
- 不接受當天在校或第二節課上的退學/退費申請。中途插班報名者,報名後不接受退費申請。
- 學生因事或因病而請假者,又或在校行為而擾亂班上上課進程者或遲報名者,學費沒有扣減或退費等安排。
- 申請退課的同時,如果您之前已經領取課本,讀寫班需要付$20元課本費,會話班需要付 $40元課本費 。
- 開課第二節課後不接受轉班。任何申請變更其他上課時間或班級或任教老師,需付手續費$20元。
- 如果您的地點只有一位 11 歲以下的年輕學員,且沒有成人協助學生加入課程,則不建議您報名虛擬課程。
6. LEAVE FOR ABSENCE (missed classes/exams/tests)
a. If you are unable to attend class for any reason, please notify the instructor as far in advance as possible or email sleung@sd38.bc.ca.
b. Absences cannot be scheduled for make-up tests or classes, nor can they be changed to another mode of instruction.
c. If your student is on vacation/absence for any reasons and parents requests materials for a previously unscheduled class, students will receive the materials / homework upon their return to class.
d. During a student's absence, the school is unable to provide delivery of e-learning materials.
e. Students who take 5 or more absences or do not take tests and exam during a semester. They will not receive progress reports.
缺席/缺考/缺課細則
- 如果您因故無法上課,請儘可能提前通知老師,並副本電郵sleung@sd38.bc.ca 。
- 缺席者不能安排補考或補課,也不能改成其他教學模式或上課時間 。
- 若要索取缺課的教材,學生可以在放假後,回校上課時老師再補發給他們。
- 面授課,若學生缺席期間,學校無法提供電子學習材料的傳遞。
- 學生若在一學期中,缺課 5次或以上者又或不參加測驗和考試者,學生將不獲取學習進程表。
7. ONLINE CLASS 線上課程
If you register for an online class, you will receive a link to the meeting 3 days prior to the start of the class.
If your site has only one young learner under the age of 11 and there is no adult to assist the student in joining the class, it is not recommended that you enroll in a virtual class.
