Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 pm to 9 pm, and on Saturdays from 9 am to 3:30 pm, at Adult Education Centre (12091 Cambie Road).

Richmond Continuing Education offers a Full Time and Part Time program for Richmond Education Assistant Program (REAP). REAP students learn how to work with Kindergarten to Grade 12 students with physical, behavioral, sensory and learning needs in schools. Joining REAP will open the door to job opportunities in this challenging and fulfilling career field in education.

Full Time REAP
Full Time REAP starts in July and ends in November each year.
Classes take place on Monday through Friday during the day, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm at the Adult Education Centre (12091 Cambie Road).
Practica are during school hours during the regular school year in Richmond School District schools ONLY.
Application for Full Time REAP 2025 are now being accepted. Deadline for applications: April 11, 2025.

NOTE: Courses will be delivered both in person and remotely via ZOOM and other online applications. Richmond School District schools & classrooms will follow health and safety protocols as per the Provincial Health Office, WorkSafe BC and the Richmond School District.
